I continue to report this location for illegal dumping and abandoned cars yet nothing is being done. Please help!

When will our city take proactive measures to prevent illegal dumping in the most vulnerable areas???

They have set up a camper trailer on the sidewalk and they're dumping all their trash in front of it. They're also hanging clothes on the gates. They have been there for 8-days.
