Recycling not picked up for SECOND time in a row. Attempted to call ADS and waited on hold for nearly 80 minutes before giving up. Adjust billing to reflect services not rendered. Advise intentions.

Household garbage pickup missed the entire length of Nottingham Drive .

This large pine tree fell back in February in the owners front yard . It is unsightly for our neighborhood. The owner is new and doesn’t seem to care a bit but everyone else on our street does .

A stop sign has been installed on Nottingham Drive with no flashing light or sign to warn traffic. For those of us who have lived in Shirley Hills for decades, putting a stop sign where there has not been one without any warning may easily result in traffic accidents. Can we get a flashing light or something there quickly?

I deer was killed on Twin Pines Dr on Thursday or Friday of last week. It was hit by a truck. It's body needs to be picked up

Recycling was not picked up on last scheduled date although garbage was picked up. Reported missed pickup by phone but no action has been taken to pickup recycling. Also need Ryland garbage cart and recycling cart. Neither has been received despite 2 calls to Ryland requesting carts.

I have not received my new recycling cart. My old cart was picked up last week. Thank you

Yard waste, small branches correctly stacked and smaller yard debris in biodegradable paper containers as required, not collected on our regular yard waste collection day (Tuesday). Please pick up timely before lawn underneath deteriorates .,

They said a study was gonna be done months ago. Both orders are still open. A study doesn't need to be done. People race by this area ignore the stop sign there. There use to be a blinking light above this intersection when I first moved here. But children catch the school bus here and there needs to be school Bus signs put up here and by woodland stop sign asap.
