  • Signage Open
401 Westbound exit to Kingston rd, Toronto, ON - Toronto

The signage on 401 westbound is confusing just before and at the Kingston rd Port Union rd exit. Right at the exit, there is only one sign that indicates the exit. There should be another sign (the trusses are up to hold it) that says the next exits ahead in the collectors.

I have taken this exit thousands of times, and yet I sometimes miss if due to poor signage.

    ************
An update: about 1 km west of this exit is a transfer lane from collectors to centre core. Unlike most transfer lanes in the GTA that indicate "Express Lanes" and on the right, the next exit, there are no signs over this transfer. This too leads to confusion.

  • 51 Morna Avenue Scarborough, ON M1E 2A9, Canada - Toronto
Morna ave. north of cumber has been used as a highway for Tivoli which is the street it connects to with no exit. The residents speed up and down the street and Morna has no sidewalks and always has cars illegally parking past the 3hr limit making sight lines dangerous for pedestrians. This is even more problematic in the winter time and at night with the dimly lit street. Please address this issue
  • 10 Cedar Drive Toronto, Ontario - Toronto
Ordered shut by the City 5 years ago, business is ever increasing, taking over the adjacent property. Who enables the breaking of the Law? Why is the City order to close this place not being enforced? Why are these people getting away with breaking the Law every day? 5 years of continuous operation after being ordered close has to be a new record for bureaucrats. Who is getting money to keep this open?
Why do these people not have to obey the Law like the rest of Canadians?
Apparently you can break the Law every day if you have enough money.

City of toronto, Needs to send a
cleanup crew on a regular basis
to pick up garbage, drug parafanilia
broken glass etc- strewn throughout the park,Neigbourhood residents
are sick of the persistent problems
of Youth making a mess of the park, as well as glass which has resulted in several young children getting cuts , as well
as local pets who walk through the park.
The Entrance to the park needs to get regular police presence
as there is an increasing Drug
    trade taking place .
  • Speed traps Archived
    Scarborough Toronto, ON - Toronto
If the city/police actually wanted to stop speeding they would put large signs, feedback screens and other traffic calming methods, as used in other countries. Instead, they find the quietest, most sneaky places to put speed traps and catch people who are just slightly speeding. Meanwhile, really dangerous driving is ignored.

For about 1 month now, every Sunday morning starting at 8:00 AM there is a cricket competition at Scarborough Village Park,

Could you please confirm if the use of the baseball diamond is authorized for use as a cricket pitch?

A cricket pitch destroys quite a few of the features a baseball diamong needs.

In addition, there is an awful lot of noise and unruly behaviour coming from the cars parked there and the spectators.

When approaching people to keep modest usually this is met with verbal abuse.

There are at least 100 cars parked there, many of them illegally on the street, quite often obstructing driveways.

Stunt driving, engine revving, excessively loud music.

This carries on late into the night and makes life in the vicinity unbearable.

On top of that many people now come to the park to practice cricket during the week, making this 7 days a week unlivable.

    Urgent action is requested

    Thank You
