People living at the 1621 E 21 Oakland, CA 94606 (the rear unit) is constantly playing music loud excessively and banging trash can and blowing foghorn. They have trash can in the different part of the property and they have their stereo and three BIG speakers set up in the back yard playing music everyday from early mornings to late evenings. They have their bass speaker set up at high volume. The speakers are covered by big black trash bags. Please help take care of this issue before it escalate into something serious.
