The water cannot move efficiently through this area and it's supposed to provide an outlet for the flood waters in our neighborhood. But instead the water is becoming stagnant and will not allow for water flow. -

A crew recently trimmed the north side (acoss the water from us) but they often never come back to do the west side (where we are). This side is difficult to get to so it goes ignored. Thank you. -
