The road could easily be finished so it would not be a one-lane section when a city truck or school bus accesses the road. Can the city do something about this since it is used as a primary entrance into the neighborhood?

Dip Open200-248 E 9th St Little Rock, AR 72202, USA - DowntownThere is a significant dip on the north side of the Scott and 9th intersection, so that a car traveling the speed limit will bottom out when it rejoins Scott having risen over the 9th Street pavement. If this can't or won't be fixed it deserves a sign.

NO ONE stops at this stop sign. It should be changed to a Yield sign or the city should ticket drivers. Obviously it isn't needed as a STOP.
