Constituent calling since 2022 to have the tree removed lifting the sidewalk

constituent stated that it is a tree in front of there house and the branches just fell onto a car and caused damage to a car. constituent also stated that the tree branches are on the power lines causing issues please assist constituent with this matter thank you
