Not exactly a manhole but corner drain. This is very dangerous

A repair was made by the city to cement over a water drain grate but in the process, the curb piece is now broken and dangerous for pedestrians. Is it possible to send someone back out, to fix this before someone falls and gets injured?

excessively loose , rocking, and clanking hundreds of times a day on this busy Congress Street. several calls were made to have this address for weeks.
if you look closer, people have wedge wood,plastic, and metal but still continue to clank throughout the day . please help as this is an annoyance, and maybe the beginning sing of manhole becoming more loose and pop out, this is a major bus route and injure someone.

Two storm drains located on the corner of St Pauls and Van Wagenen ave. Really bad odor and giant roaches are coming out. Please spray and clean. Thank you
