    The property, located at the street corner, has towering lemon trees in the front yard that obstruct the view of the intersection. This has resulted in several near-misses, including an incident where my child narrowly avoided being struck by a bicycle. The obscured vision at the corner poses a significant safety concern which needs to be addressed.

    The tree benches are growing to out and the power line is inside the benches when the truck drive by it will hit the benches , worry very soon a truck will drag the benches and benches will drag the power line down and cause fire with all those trees around . Today city tree trimmer cut the lower area but didn't cut the higher area

    At the property on 916 Larkapur Dr, Millbrae, CA. On March 14, 2024, a tree branch fell on the high voltage power lines, causing it to catch fire and explode. This caused a PG&E outage (screenshot attached). This is not the first time this has occurred as the power lines are under two very large trees, and rainy/ windy conditions cause these trees to touch these power lines. PGE can only cut a 10 foot radius from the lines, so the higher tree limbs that are way above still fall on the power lines during storms. There was a third large tree, however it fell down in March of 2023, luckily, falling away from the houses. I believe the remaining trees are a danger to both the power lines and our property. To prevent future powerline damage from the trees, and or them potentially falling on the trees, and or children of the Meadows Elementary school, these trees should be removed.
