Obstruction caused by "artwork" being sold in median and distraction of drivers in traffic.

There is part of a downed tree and bushes/grass that have covered and overtaken the sidewalk. Pedestrians cannot safely pass. A student at the school adjacent was bit by a bat coming out of the overgrowth in this area. It's been covered and impassable for six months. Other complaints have been submitted, but the sidewalk is still not passable. With school returning, please address so students and other pedestrians can safely utilize the sidewalk.

Alleghany Drive section between Yadkin and Buncombe is overgrown with trees, vines and shrubs. Creates an obstruction for vehicles and pedestrians. Needs to be cut back.

Shrubs in sidewalk right of way obstruct views at intersection making it dangerous for vehicles and pedestrians. Vehicles must pull past stop sign on the north side of Englehardt in order to see if road is clear to turn/cross Erinsbrook into neighborhood.

At the intersection of West Morgan St and St. Mary's St., vehichles (esp in the morning) are parking actually into the intersection (eastbound side of West Morgan). This is dangerous. There is also a bus stop located here so shouldn't it be illegal for cars to park all the way to the intersection? The cars are parking in front of the bus stop, too.

Need pedestrian traffic signal for safe crossing at intersection of W Millbrook Rd an Pickwick Dr. pedestrians crossing road and motorists pulling out from Andover Apartments are unable to see cars coming around the bend. Lots of car accidents at Andover and I’ve personally have seen scary situations involving pedestrians trying to cross the highway (a woman with 3 children and an elderly woman with a cane). A blind curve coupled with many more speeding cars has made this a very unsafe condition.

A mass of sunflowers wass planted in the small median between the sidewalk and Gorman Street at this location. You cannot see oncoming traffic now that these sunflowers are dying and leaning into the lane of traffic.

Tree/shrub and weeds are growing out into the right turn lane near Walmart on New Bern avenue. If you were to pass the bus stop at Walmart and turn left it would be on your right hand side

Construction makes it impossible to see cross traffic at the intersection of Halifax and Seaboard ave, creating a dangerous traffic pattern

Dangerous to turn left from Bruckhaus St onto Globe Rd There is no visibility in either direction Also no posted speed limit Passenger vehicles, tractor trailers, and dump trucks travel at at high rate of speed Dangerous for turning as well as pedestrians trying to access Brier Creek Park, Community Center, and elementary school. Vegetation needs to be addressed, and Speed Limit signs posted and enforced

When heading west on Glascock to turn north on Raleigh Blvd, cannot see oncoming traffic without moving too far into intersection. Need obstruction removed south of the intersection (on east side of Raleigh Blvd)
