Couple of reasons why this property has not been dealt with:
I know these do not make sense..... but it is reality.
1. The location is such that nobody cares. No house across the street, Rodeo Creek on one side and it isolated in Rodeo.
2. Most people who drive by are not offended by the sight of the property.
3. CC County has cut staff for property inspections of code violations.
Solutions:
This will not fix itself.... someone needs to be a squeaky wheel and not stop until some Agency listens and takes action to remove this blighted property.
Get a group of people in the neighborhood and attend a CC County. Board of Supervisors and complain.
Call every CC County Agency and become a squeaky wheel.... don't stop until they listen and take action.
REALITY: Nothing will happen in Rodeo unless YOU take the time and energy to resolve this problem.
