Meadows is not a public parking lot. People like to walk the Meadows scenic route. If this person stays parked on Meadows then other people will want to park along Meadows.

This Jeep & camper have been blocking the road & sidewalk since DECEMBER 2022. They just moved their encampment a few 100 feet. They are violating the vehicle code and ADA access.

Definitely. And residents in the area have been making complaints since they arrived to abuse our area like this with absolutely NO VPD response. Sad and frustrating.
