Description

These stores have garbage all over the place on the trail side of the building. Since it's uncontained, it blows all over the place in strong winds. So this is both blight and also a canal trail issue.

Some of this got cleaned up a while back, but now there’s more garbage in the woods again, like some shopping center business is just heaving their garbage over the trail.
