This pile is in the southbound lane of 5th Street, obstructing traffic. Since this was reported, there is now 5 or 6 truckloads of yard waste in the street at 1137 5th Street.

No, the dirt, that has been there much longer than the tree trimmings, is still there. It now has cones around it.
