Description

The newly planted tree in the newly built median on 2nd Street really took a beating in the recent storm. The support pole is broken and just hanging. The. tie-downs are flapping in the wind. The tree is leaning very hard to one side at the moment. It's a beautiful tree and we are happy to have one back in that spot. Please help!
