Truck and Tap (repeat offender) had their band playing well past midnight! APD was contacted around 11:30 but the band played on well past 12:30 pm.
PS. There were two squad cars parked in front of the Hamilton Hotel till midnight.
PS 2. The decibel reached past 84!

Georgia State law: "If the noise can be heard inside another person's home, it can be considered a nuisance by law. Another part of the law makes it illegal to make any loud noises between the hours of 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. Sunday through Thursday as well as after 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights."
