Description

A lot of illegal dumping going on in the Arboretum along the side parking lot of East Rock Community Magnet school.

This is the spot that was reported a month ago--issue #2727647. Adjacent to this dumping is the arboretum, also littered with stolen packages, and other homeless encampment trash.

i also wrote earlier about the long brush growing at the entrance of eagle and mechanic. all of this is related to parks department taking care of this area. what's happening is that you can hide whatever in this area and as i pointed out, fall at the entrance because you can't see your footing
