Description

The storm grate on the southbound (west) side of Whitney Ave just north of Huntington St is damaged in such a way that it creates a hazard for bicycles. Only the side facing the road is damaged. If it is possible to rotate storm grates? If it was facing the other way, so the damaged side faced the curb instead of the street, this would no longer be a hazard. I would do it myself, but there is a lot of traffic and I would need to somehow close down the lane. Also, I imagine those storm grates are pretty heavy and I don't know if you need a special tool to move them.
