You are assuming the person who posted this lives in the neighborhood and knows anything about the HOA that services homes in this neighborhood. This is still a city issue.

I'm assuming that it's certainly probable, given the location. Not all neighborhood issues require elevating issues to the city right away. Good neighborhoods try to work things out in the neighborhood, first.

WillP I am guessing you are not familiar with how a city works. If something within a city's jurisdiction is handled by the city, they are usually interested in fixing it. There are no laws requiring HOA fix anything. This is literally something the city can help with. This post is literally what SCF is for. Reporting city concerns to the city.

Mr. Pearce this is your HOA too so you could always pass on a friendly word to them for any issues you see on this sight. Some folks just dont live in a HOA or know how to even find them or contact them

Bump. Tree is still there half fallen over. Was a hazard for trick or treaters and blocking the sidewalk, could whip up and also fall into the road at any moment. City of raleigh why are you not acknowledging this issue?
