It seems at 509 has now taken over from 513 on 3rd Street as a nuisance property. The property is filled with cars there are comings and goings all day and night screaming matches that happened in the street and car repair constantly happening in front of the house

Car dismantling,open bottle of liquors been left on sidewalk,pitbull dog etc.Oil pan abandoned around the corner and cars parked against flow of traffic. Is this a mechanic shop house? Why the city doesn't regulate this?

Step 1: report exterior property maintenance and body shop activity at 509 Third
Step 2: city creates a ticket
Step 3: notice that cars are still parked on the front lawn, that there is illegal body shop activity, etc., etc., etc. It's almost as if the city is saying "keep it up."
