Description

The new entrance to the beach is a danger. It's too close to Sheridan Road.
There is no parking near it forcing people to walk way out of their way. The fences at the south end are easily broached allowing those without passes
to enter. The plan to have life guards from Clark Street beach, (high school students) oversee the dog beach is absurd. It's all they can do to assure the safety of the people using Clark Street Beach. Why weren't the people who actually use the dog beach included in this decision? This is going to cause a lot of problems.
