Oakland 311, you clearly just skimmed over what the reporter wrote and didn't bother to fully read it. They're not complaining about prostitution, they're complaining about a growing homeless encampment in an area already plagued by prostitution. Please stop skimming people's reports and referring them to irrelevant agencies in order to dodge responsibility for fixing issues

also, I was forced to use "sidewalk damage" because there is no category for homeless camp obstructing sidewalk, which is a violation of Code in other parts of Oakland
