Description

This is where Septa's bus/train depot is. Within the past year they've decided to blow their air horns at all hours of the night and day. I'm a long time resident and this was never an issue before. I know that during certain hours of the day they can make as much noise as they want to but, how much is too much? There should be a decibel limit.

Possible remedies: stop blowing your horns and return the old system or, build a huge wall like you've done in certain parts of South Philly.
