This is not 520 Third Street. 520 Third Street is across the street and has no graf. The picture above has several addresses and has been reported two other times by different people on SeeClickFix. It's been over 30 days since original acknowledgement and according to the City a letter went out to the owner and he's not responding.The City said, "there's nothing else we can do."

Cite, fine and place a lien on the property if the fines aren't paid.
