Description

Something has to be done to slow the traffic originating at Parkhaven going south in the direction of Westminister. (Guelph is North/South as per the sun rise/sun set).
Perhaps a year-round speed bump designed to limit speed to 40kmh would be a reasonable safety option.
A much less desirable option would be a stop sign.

The stop line at Kincourt in direction Guelph is in the right place. But Kincourt does not meet GUELPH road at 90 degree angle. Meaning we can't see cross traffic coming.

A property on Guelph has shrubs that block visibility to oncoming traffic.

In order the determine if it is safe to make a left turn from Kincourt onto Guelph, we have to inch forward in the lane to almost the centre line. This past week, there was a non-fatality accident, one of many fender-benders at that intersection.

Every "stop sign" is responsible for one/quarter of a teaspoon of wasted gasoline by every vehicle that has to stop and then go. Every stopsign is a polution generator.
