The issue with this section of Dequindre has nothing to do with the fact that it is the border between two counties. This section of road is under the jurisdiction of the Road Commission for Oakland County. We are very aware of the condition of the road and are currently seeking funds to repair the road. Like you, we want it repaired as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this cannot happen with money. We believe we have identified funding to resurface the road this year, and are working to finalize the deal.
