Description

This RV has been parked here for the past 6 months I have informed Oakland 311 previous to this and nothing has been done. Whoever resides in the RV has been continuously littering on the sidewalk and blocking it. Forcing people in wheelchairs and families use the main street to walk due to the fact that there is no sidewalk on the other side of the street. This is very unsafe and will result in pedestrian car accident.
