It’s the dumping of grass clippings that causes the small. The owner needs to require the landscapers to haul it away.

It will be there for years as it does not aerate. Had that trouble with condo association I lived in. Cheap doesn’t work here.

I agree with everything being said. Smells bad, trash everywhere, and an eye sore from the street when you walk by. This should definitely be addressed.

I live directly across the street from this area of Seacrest’s property. Down trees, extremely over grown lawn (2’+ tall), debris, grass clippings, brush. A dumping ground for their landscapers. In the past they cut the grass in this area up against the property line and to the street, maintained the gravel area, but this year they haven’t touched this part of the property. An absolute eyesore for the street and the neighborhood and clearly a blighted property under city ordinance under § 129-2 Definition of Blighted Premises and under § 129-3 Grass, weeds, or vegetation constituting public nuisance; swimming pool. The property has grass vegetation well above 8” for months if not years on a residentially owned property. This property needs to be maintained like the rest of the neighborhood! It’s directly across from 23 Tyler Ave.

Everyone contact the council person and the Health dept

The Owner of Seacrest Luis was notified on 10/17/19 about the fallen trees. Luis replied in a text message that he will have somebody take care of it. It's been almost two years now and nothing has been done. Public works official Tom McCarthy was notified of the issue on 4/24/21 and immediately responded by coming to visit the site within half an hour. Tom said this was surely Blight. Still nothing has happened yet except for more dumping and neglect of the property. The town should seize this property for abandonment or at least fine Seacrest every day until it's cleaned up. This is almost waterfront property which is being used as a dumping ground for Seacrest landscapers.
Opportunities were given to Luis to clean up on his own accord but since I didn't back his expansion idea he is not willing to do anything until he is forced to. He is not a good neighbor!

Agreed. If the blight fines were enforced we would see a lot less of this around WH.
