    Going northbound on Olive at Grand, the light regularly fails to detect cars and change, possibly due to tree blocking the sensor. I have watched multiple cycles of pedestrian and crossing traffic go back and forth without ever granting the light to the Olive street traffic. In these cases, only when a car going southbound on Olive arrive does the light change to green for Olive traffic. This is also an issue on a bicycle.
