    At 8:38 am 2 trucks a white and a green truck that come down Ryerson Avenue to pick up trash decided to park at the beginning of Ryerson Avenue at the Chamberlain Avenue corner. The guys all got out and started talking having a great time.
    Meanwhile 2 school buses and several vehicles including myself had to wait as they took their time taking and socializing for a couple minutes more as they finally got into their truck and started to move. I was trying to get my child to school and had to wait along with other drivers and 2 school buses while these guys feel it's their right to block the road to socialize because they are contracted by Paterson and there are no consequences. I live here and pay taxes here , this is not right. They also leave the cans in the street further obstructing traffic, I guess this is their right as well.
