These apartment tenants constantly dump garbage, broken furniture, old clothes in front of 617 Nebraska, blocking the driveway entrance. Every week this owner places garbage bins in front of 617 Nebraska again blocking access. We've contacted the owners several times but they do nothing. Please help.

231 Coghlan Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Cars continue to block street and sidewalk, preventing safe traffic and sidewalk use. Who's in charge here? Notwithstanding assigning this issue to "Sean P" NOTHING has been done. Do these public employees get paid and if so for what?
  • Sidewalk Archivé
231 Coghlan Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Cars continue to park on the sidewalk blocking use and partially blocking street. Usually grey Mercedes, Lic # 6WGT864 parked all night, often all day, and directly in front of "No Parking At Any Time" sign. Hopefully no one is injured by being forced to walk in the street. The yard is jammed with various construction materials, exposed garbage cans and two mattresses in front for months. Can someone do something about this. This address sets an example for others to follow and the area is looking worse all the time.

Large pine tree on east side of street (across for Sheveland park) has died. This is on the city's right of way (30' each side of centerline of street) and may topple in a wind storm or through natural deteriortion. One tree tagged across street on west side but three on east side poses a potential risk. City's right of way may be verified by consulting parcel prepared by Bond, Lehman & Deibert, March 1981, PM 24-28.
