    resident at 1104 is having flooding on her property due to an obstruction in the drainage coming from 1106 and also from 509 Heather. She's already spoken with Ryan and he stated that the responsibility falls on the property owners to correct. She has spoken with her neighbors but they have not responded kindly or taken any measures to help the situation. The resident at 1104 is asking that we help notify these people with a notice to correct(?) since her property is now flooding from the last storms and no correction of the issue.

    Resident called asking that there be more signage and direction from the point where the bike path ends and drops people into Gerstle Park neighborhood. The suggestion is that people not from the area may not know where to go when the path ends and maybe we could provide signage or street paint guiding them to Andersen.
