I do not see how a toad in the city limits being overtaken by vegetation is a county issue. 5th Ave S east of 64th is square in the city limits and on a city maintained roadway. please, have the appropriate city team clear this roadway of grass and reclaim the several feet of roadway under this overgrown grass . -
