Thank you for your comment. See Click Fix is one of the many tools available to the citizens of Vallejo to report non-emergency issues. We "close" a See Click Fix issue once we've acknowledged the complaint; however, this issue is not "Closed" per se; it will remain an "Open" case with us until it is corrected. A Code Enforcement Officer has inspected the property on August 21st and has sent the owner a notice to remove vehicles. Since this is private property, the City will seek voluntary compliance (of the violations) from the property owner to remove vehicles. A re-inspection will be conducted on September 22nd to check if these Code Enforcement violations were abated. This process may not yield a quick response, but we do our best to work with the property owner to get the violations corrected. Since this is private property, there is due process involved.
