Q. Please describe the problem:
A. The alley exit to E 42nd St between 10th Ave S and 11th Ave S is nearly impassable for cars. Our sedan bottoms out at least twice. Can anyyhing be done to remove some of the buildup at the street? The other end of the alley at 43rd St is a little better but could also use some help.
