423 Carolina st is one of two houses next to each other that have been boarded up for some time now. There have been squatters before, some in the house and some in the building in the back yard, and they were evicted and the houses were boarded up pretty tight after that. Recently I have noticed that a couple of windows have been opened back up, and some people from time to time seeming like they were hanging around there. You might want to check this place out.
