Unfortunately it’s difficult to stop this activity, when the city actively encourages it elsewhere. Wall murals, when properly designed and executed can be quite nice, and an asset to the community. Graffiti is, pure and simple, not art (regardless of what some may say) - it is a classic case of urban visual blight.
