I would like to inform you that this issue has nothing to do with anyone color nor race. we have many people that lives in Pottstown from all over the world. so get your mind out of the gutter. with that been said I also would like to inform you that that truck had broken Ordinance No. 2086 for Pottstown that classify Evans St as residential street and no class 3 trucks to be parked there. more than 24 hours. so I guess the truck owner was given a month before someone said something , he should be thankful for it. and all he does is moves it to franklen street where he hides it again. from the law, because nothing is legal about that truck. also about his garage that he rented across the street where he had the truck parked. I really don't know what kind of honest living he is making. let's see. drugs , alcohol , and DVDs and taps none of that is legal, and let's assume he doesn’t do the above. he is only scrapping stuff and selling them to a junk yard. well I have news for you he needs a permit to turn a garage into a scrapping facility. by Pottstown Ordinance No. 2090 , state and federal law he cannot perform a business without a permit. also has he been paying taxes on that money he is making, sure thing no. I also would like to note that the scrap he is storing in his garage is a fire hazard and will be repotted ..............
