Their use of generators, emitting noise levels exceeding 200 decibels during the night, is disrupting the peace and safety of our neighborhood. Moreover, incidents such as the theft of my catalytic converter and the cutting of my chain-link fence have left us feeling vulnerable and exposed to potential acts of crime and violence. The constant threat of terrorism stemming from the encampment's drug use amplifies our concern for public safety.

While acknowledging the importance of caring for the homeless, I firmly believe that the city has a moral obligation to support its citizens, including the homeless population, in a way that ensures safety, wellbeing, and adherence to the law.
