Light fixture at the intersection of Rodgers and Daniels street is not functional. I seriously believe it will be a crime deterrent and a more secure intersection if the fixture is repaired. This fixture is adjacent to the blue row house condominium. It is NOT THE FIXTURE AT THE BUS STOP NEAR THE FENCE AT THE PARK
