Description
Panhandlers have hi-jacked the center medians on hwy 29 from mini drive down to redwood st. Many of them are walking between moving vehicles on the highway . Now they're sitting on the edges of the medians, with feet and legs sticking into traffic. Someone's gonna get seriously injured or killed by a passing vehicle.
