Reported weeks ago, Squatters congregate by the railroad tracks both littering & loitering while drinking! Shopping carts used for chairs.garbage strewn all over.
PLEASE deal with this chronic problem. This is on the West perimeter of the Woodside Tract, & interferes with our quality of life as many citizins use the street. It devalues our property!!! It is the citys responsibility to address this & finally put an end to this behavior of littering & loitering> Isn't there a law for the police to move these individuals on???? We are taxpaying citizins!!! Thank You

Many reports of this in the same areas- ID: 1851285, and up the street at Richardson Park/Madren Field. They move from one spot to the next every time ordinances are finally enforced.
Tried to take care of stray cat situation mentioning diseases and plague, but there are no resources. They are considered rodents along with the opossum, rats, squirrels and so on. It will not be long before the dogs of some of the homeless people come down with something and pass it on to them and then discussions of how to take care of the problem will begin...

Wow, trapping & stealing. I still believe good old fashion flyers work. I had my cat turn up after 10 months.
Outdoor cats love to catch prey and thank owners by leaving it somewhere for the owner to find. Lets pray its not a rat with infected Xenopsylla cheopis.
By the way, be sure to get your pet(s) spayed and/or neutered.
Strays that are humanly trapped and 'fixed' (as low as a $10 donation at some places) usually have a clipped ear and are set free back where they came from if not adopted after the procedure.

Many tend to rip out the copper and anything they can recycle for cash as well.
Hopefully this is something the City of Vallejo will pilot and make work out for everyong.

Urinating in public is common and people are seen walking in the street to avoid the smells in various places including the one reported here, several times.
The airplane grave yard became housing... How about getting creative and get these folks somewhere? Many want to work...
