This property is an eyesore with a slum lord at the helm. There has been trash in the backyard for
3 weeks, most of the trash is dog feces. This guy is continually allowed to rent this property with
no upkeep. There is a shed in the back that was supposed to be torn down years ago, but is still standing. This house sits behind me and I can not even sit in my back yard due to the smell.
