the plumbing located near the 3rd and Peralta entrance to the park is leaking and has left a pool of stagnant water, the stagnant water is located just inside the entrance, facing the entrance from inside the park the leak is on the right side of the entrance, at the far right end of what was landscaped to be a flower bed but is now overgrown with weeds, the leak is in the overgrown weeds
