I have notified Capt. Brugger. Panhandling is not allowed at intersections or in the street. We will try to send an officer by to ask them to stop. There are a lot of higher-priority issues for the officers in this district, so it is going to be a bit difficult to catch the panhandler at this. Generally the best way to get timely response is to call 911 or call the district station at 919-996-4208. We only check SCF periodically throughout the day.

Capt. Brugger was unable to catch the panhandler at this location. Please, instead of entering a SCF, call 911 or call the district station number below next time you see him out there, and officers can respond quicker that way. Thanks.
