so what is the city going to do about it ? the city employees checks come in on time but the jobs that they are paid to do don't seem to matter, cite the owner, hire the work out and bill the owner, don't just do something sit there !

This is a Code Enforcement Division issue due to the private property violation code(s). This division will contact the reported party and the problem will be resolved. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have complained about this particular problem. And I'm sure it won't be the last!
