Sorry, not sure which category this belongs in. It is not a non functioning light, but a poor design. Drivers turning right from Duval St. onto 7th cannot see the light for drivers going north on 7th. They are turning on red into the path of drivers on 7th who have a green light. This needs to either be no right turn on red for Duval St., or the lights on 7th need to be moved to where they can be seen.
