Description

Since the road was repaved, the speed limit signs haven't been put back up. Drivers are speeding on the newly repaved road going about 50. Even as they go over the little hill at the intersection of Walton and union mill. Then they're going so fast they have to speed past me and honk that I'm going 40 which is the speed limit as I'm making a left onto Walton.
