Description

Large and old hardwood tree is infected with a white rot fungus. Tree already leans precariously into 24th and has had large branches previously removed but the rot will cause this tree to fail sooner than later. Heavy snow, ice, and/or wind will all be extremely dangerous to vehicles and properties around it.
