Description

The house has been abandoned for sometime. There are no supporting walls in the back of the house and the facade is riddled with debris and cats...Home is used for drinking, smoking illegal substances, and general hanging out spot.

I was told recently at a block captains meeting that any house in this condition (with broken glass windows, mail and trash scattered and grass and weeds growing high) that is less than 3 blocks from a school should be immediately cleaned and sealed by L&I. This block is less than one half a block away from the Avery D. Harrington School, so seeing that the comments below, both from 3-1-1 were posted 'almost two years ago' i'm wondering what the delay is.
